6-Box Customer Loyalty Program

We appreciate your loyalty — and we believe it should be rewarded! Our 6-Box Customer Loyalty Program is designed to thank our returning customers with exclusive benefits and savings.

Each time you make a purchase, we ask you to log into your account so that we can track your purchases.  In store, you do this by entering your phone number in our loyalty terminal at checkout or giving us your name when we ask if you have a loyalty account.  When making an online purchase, all you need to do is log into your account before you check out.  

Every time you make a purchase, the total is added to one box on a digital card.  Once you have filled all 6 boxes on the digital card, all the totals are added up and you get a percentage of the cumulative total back as a coupon to use in store or online. 

VIP Program

For our frequent shoppers we have another loyalty perk: our VIP Program (formerly 5th Saturday VIP Program).  

Four times a year, we offer our top customers an exclusive promotion - VIP Week.  When you fill 6 boxes on your digital card or spend $500 in the 365 days before a VIP Week promotion, you are eligible for an exclusive 20% off of almost everything in store.  You don't have to do anything to enrol in this program, you are automatically added when you meet the criteria.  As a special treat, we give you a free zippered project of a different colour with every VIP purchase over $150.
