Casserole Dish Hot Pad Pre-Cut Batting - 3 per package

DO NOT MICROWAVE With this project you MUST use 100% cotton thread and 100% cotton fabrics ONLY. This package will make one insulated casserole dish hot pad. The Hot pad is heat resistant- not heat proof.

Assembly Instructions: For best results, use 100% cotton fabric and thread. Place one precut 100% cotton batting on the wrong side of a 15-3/4" × 20" piece of cotton fabric. Quilt as desired Stitch all four darts with a 1/4" seam and press them open. Layer the remaining pieces as follows:
Precut 100% cotton batting on the bottom, precut insulating layer, then a 15-3/4" x 20" piece of cotton fabric wrong side down on top. Quilt as desired. Stitch all four darts with 1/4' seam and press them open. Trim out excess batting and insulating layer if desired. Put the two quilted pieces right sides together, lining up the darts. Leave a 5"-6" hole for turning, and stitch around the outside edge. Clip the curves, turn right side out, and stitch the opening closed. Press the edges with a medium hot iron and then top stitch for a nice finished edge
