I walked into Fabrications one afternoon, planning to launch myself into a new craft about which I knew practically nothing. The attention and guidance I received over the next half hour was amazing. Fabrications is now my go-to place for cross-stitch.

It’s a wonderful store with knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly staff. The choice of fabric and pattern is carefully made, with good quality materials. They also carry beautiful yarn. I also love that they have a great selection for all sorts of other crafts, like embroidery (classic, cross stich, sashiko) and bag making. I have taken a few classes with them which I was really satisfied with. All and all, it’s a true gem!

I’ve been a follower of Fabrications since before they moved to Carling and before I knew what I wanted out of fabric. As a baby sewist, I knew that Fabrications was a world that I wanted to be a part of because of a wide product range, excellent material, and wonderful expertise. As I grew up, I spent more time looking through the store and learning through experimenting. They’ve got everything you need and know how to teach you. Their online presence is better than I could’ve expected and it shows that they know what they’re doing.
